Working with local developer DART Enterprise, OLA re-imagined the town center of Camana Bay through a network of connected green spaces that informs future development. The vision plan addresses urban systems such as parks, streetscapes, parking, waterfront access and green infrastructure networks incrementally.

These projects will be implemented as a series of phased projects that support density and walkability re-thinking the existing car dependent area.
