LANDSCAPE DESIGNER (3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE)

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating landscapes that inspire. Candidates should have experience guiding projects through multiple phases, from concept to construction.

What You’ll Do

• Develop projects across all phases of design and construction

• Lead site analysis, concept design, planning, and documentation efforts

• Contribute to high-quality drawing and modeling production

• Collaborate with project teams to coordinate construction documentation and administration

• Bring thoughtful, creative solutions to complex design challenges

What You’ll Need

• BLA or MLA degree in Landscape Architecture

• Professional experience between 3-5 years

• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience assembling construction document packages in AutoCAD

• Experience preparing resilient planting plans for diverse microclimates across Manhattan, Hudson Valley, and upstate New York

• Familiarity with the construction administration process (responding to RFIs, preparing submittals, attending construction site visits, preparing/conducting a punch list)

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• This is primarily an in-office position with the flexibility to work remotely one day a week
