Set within a dramatic woodland landscape overlooking the valley beyond, Sullivan Road explores the relationship between architecture and site through a series of carefully choreographed outdoor experiences. The design embraces the existing topography and rock outcrops, allowing movement through the landscape to become as important as the destinations themselves. Meandering paths, terraces, gathering spaces, and wellness areas are carved into the hillside, creating a collection of outdoor rooms that feel rooted in the natural landscape while strengthening the connection between the residence and its surroundings.
